Dr. Shan Narayanan is an esteemed Consultant Paediatrician with a rich background.
Graduating from the University of Malaya in 1987, he pursued advanced training in Paediatrics in the United Kingdom, accumulating a decade of experience there.
Now based at Hospital Fatimah in Ipoh, Dr. Shan dedicates himself to caring for children both as outpatients and inpatients.
His approach extends beyond treating medical conditions; he believes in empowering families by providing clear explanations and guidance.
Dr. Shan is passionate about nurturing emotional well-being, conducting workshops on confidence-building and public speaking for children, teenagers, and young persons HRDCorp Accredited trainer.
Moreover, he actively engages and advocates for neurodiversity. He manages an early intervention centre for those in the Autism spectrum.
Dr. Shan's commitment to child development and neurodiversity is evident through his extensive training and presentations. He is also certified as an ICF Certified Master Coach and HRDF Certified Trainer.
